Planning a a group trip of any kind can be a daunting task, and it can be even more so if that trip is overseas. If you are a teacher or group leader who is thinking about organising a language learning trip overseas, then we can help. We have many years' experience in helping groups with well planned enjoyable and safe trips, so we know what needs to be considered. We can help you prepare the risk assessment forms that may be required by the school or local authority.

Booking

We appreciate that organising a school trip is not an instant decision. The first stage is for us to specify the exact programme including the activities and excursions and the lessons and accommodation and travel. Once this has been costed and agreed we can then proceed to booking the course and asking for deposits to secure the reservations.
