Availability
Our language centres are busiest in July and August, which is peak season. Please book early for these months. Off season the average age of the student increases and the volume of students attending courses drops.
Dates
Though you are able to start many courses on any Monday, there are specific start dates for complete beginners and for certain courses. Please check under start dates' to see whether these apply to the course in which you are interested. Dates given as holidays should be taken as a guide and are not guaranteed to be accurate, they can change.
Travel
Our prices do not include flights/transport to our language centres. We work in partnership with STA Travel. We can provide competitive flights to all our destinations through STA Travel. We have a dedicated Account team looking after our students flight arrangements. They are fully bonded ATOL and ABTA members. If you request an airport collection service, please inform us of your full flight details (if not booked through us) no later than 7 days before departure, to ensure we can arrange it for you.
Travel Insurance
All course participants must obtain their own personal insurance against cancellation, accident, illness, lack of punctuality or loss of property. Some of our centres may ask for insurance attestation. No monies can be refunded for any reason.
Travel insurance can be purchased through our website through Endsleigh Travel Insurance, a leading provider of competitively priced travel insurance whom we are able to recommend. They have a special Study Abroad package for our courses.
Accommodation
Accommodation is normally from the Sunday before a course starts until the Saturday after it finishes. If you wish to arrive a day earlier, or leave later, please check with us first. As far as possible, we give the address of the host family, residence or other type of accommodation about two weeks before the beginning of the stay. We are not able to confirm accommodation details until we are in receipt of the final balance payment. Paying guests are asked to personally provide their host family with all relevant information regarding their arrival.
Accommodation in 'student apartments' or 'shared apartments' normally means sharing an apartment with other students from the language centre, though many of our centres do also offer private 'studio apartments'. Student apartments/shared apartments' provide basic, clean self- catering student accommodation but are not luxurious.
Registration and payment
To make a booking, please complete our booking form and send it to us with your non-refundable deposit of £150. This will then be deducted from your final payment for the programme. Upon confirmation of the course booking, we will send the invoice for the total amount less your deposit. A £25 booking fee will be added to the final invoice to cover administration and bank transfer fees.
The balance of fees is due 20 working days before your course start date. If booking is made within 25 working days of the course start, booking form must be accompanied by full payment. If payment of full fees is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.
Payments may be made by cheque, cash, bank transfer and credit card. There is a surcharge of 2% for payments made by Visa or Mastercard ( 5% for Amex card payments). For transfers to our National Westminster account, please quote the following IBAN details: GB38 NWBK 60 12 02 83 52 60 21
Booking can only be processed upon receipt of the deposit. Any changes to your booking after it has been confirmed by us will incur a charge of £35 per person for each change in the booking.
Payments must be made in pounds sterling only. Euro and dollar rates are included on site for user's information only.
Materials, travel and transfers
Our prices do not include the cost of travel to and from the course. Course materials, examination fees, airport transfers and the cost of activities and excursions are not included except where specifically stated.
Dates of Arrival and Departure
The dates indicated on our confirmation letter are arrival and departure dates (ie Sunday before the start of the course and Saturday after the end of the course). The days of arrival and departure stand for a single day ie arrive in the afternoon and depart before midday.
Activities and excursions
Descriptions of activities and excursions which accompany the language courses are for guidance only, unless specifically noted in the confirmation invoice. Some activities may not run at all or may be substituted by other activities. In low season, there may be no activities organised at all.

The company honestly believes that all statements made in its brochure or website are correct. In-Languages cannot be held responsible for any changes that become known after the website was produced.
Prices and surcharges
Our exchange rates are regularly adjusted. We will invoice you in Sterling at the exchange rate prevailing the day your invoice is issued.
