How to book : 3 Ways

ONLINE:

Search for a course which suits you. There are three ways to do this on this site:

A) Via the quick search in the search box on the left of each page.
B) By selecting one of our course types from the top navigation - Talking Holidays, Students or Schools. This selection then offers you a detailed search function to take you more directly to the right course for you if you already have an idea of dates and details you require.
C) By selecting the language you want to learn and where you want to learn it from the buttons in the left hand column.

Each search type takes you through to a final details page featuring all the basic details of the selection you have made. On this page you will have the option to enrol online.

You choose to pay by either cheque, Bank Transfer or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex). However we do require a deposit, ideally via credit card and authorise a payment of £150. We will not debit your card for the total until we confirm your course in writing.

Our booking service co-ordinates all the necessary administration on your behalf. We book the course and accommodation for you, forward your enrolment form and ensure that the centre knows your level and any special dietary requirements you may have. We can even advise on your travel arrangements.

Email us, with as much or as little information you have about the language holiday you want. Our booking service will be happy to answer all your questions, book the course and accommodation for you. Payments

Upon confirmation of the course booking, we will send the invoice for the total amount and request a £150 deposit. A £25 booking fee will be added to the final invoice to cover administration and bank transfer fees. We will send you a receipt for your payment, together with details of the course and accommodation reserved for you.

The balance of fees is due 20 working days before your course start date. If booking is made within 25 working days of the course start, booking form must be accompanied by full payment. If payment of full fees is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.

Payment by cheque:

You may choose to pay by cheque, drawn on a British bank, payable to '"In Languages Ltd."

Payment by credit card or debit card:

We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard credit cards (subject to a 1.5% surcharge 5% for Amex card payments). We require details of your card Nº, expiry date and address.

Payment by bank transfer:

We can accept payment in Sterling, US Dollars and Euro's. The payee pays all bank charges. Please inform us once you have made a bank transfer.

Group Bookings

We appreciate that organising a school trip is not an instant decision. The first stage is for us to specify the exact programme including the activities and excursions and the lessons and accommodation and travel. Please contact us on 08456 034054 or email us with details of your requirements and we will be happy to arrange this. Once the trip has been costed and agreed we can then proceed to booking the course and asking for deposits to secure the reservations.
