Explore a new way of learning not only the Italian language, but also the history, the art and the traditions of the Island of the Sun. Jump on board our "magic" bus and tour Sicily with our teacher. In one week you will visit the most significant archaeological and historical places of Sicily. You will learn the legends, mythology and traditions of the island and get in touch with real Sicily, all while learning Italian “on the road”. Then, just before dinner, sit down with your teacher for 2 conversation lesson hours.

Our courses of Italian are held in our award-winning Italian language school located in the heart of Taormina. Taormina has been built atop Mount Tauro, just above the Bay of Naxos, the first Greek colony in Sicily, founded in 735 b.c. The magnificient Mediterranean-blue bay and Mount Volcano Etna on the back offer a spectacular view which can also be enjoyed from most of the classrooms of our school. Our Italian language school is housed in a four story IXX building which faces the community tennis courts, the lush public gardens, the Bay of Naxos and the Ionian Sea and the mythological Mount Volcano Etna. Our roof-top terrace and our student lounge offer one of the most amazing views available in Taormina.

Learning Italian in Italy is not just a language training but a full cultural experience. In addition to our language courses, we will also offer you a scheduled program of free social and cultural extra-curricular activities which are included in the price of the course of Italian. These activities may include, but are not limited to lectures, walks, films, games, seminars. Our weekly seminars cover a variety of subjects from Italian literature and poetry to Sicilian-specific subjects including history, politics, cuisine, etc. During your Italian language full immersion course, in order to complete the study abroad program in Sicily and in addition to the free social and cultural program, our Italian language school organizes excursions, guided tours, field trips and trips in Sicily, dinners, theatre performances and concerts (not included in the price of the course).
