A course designed for people wanting to combine learning the language with a cultural discovery programme. The French lessons prepare the afternoon activities as well as introducing day to day French. They allow participants to develop comprehension skills and enable them to feel comfortable when using the language in every day life.

Our centre in Montpellier places great emphasis on your full language and cultural experience. We are located in an attractive 19th century building in the heart of Montpellier near the Place de la Comedie, busy hub for restaurants and shops. Our staff speak lots of languages and are highly experienced in delivering a quality programme. Our pedagogical team are on hand for any questions as well as steering the academic programme of the school. We have 14 classrooms, our own reading area, free access to internet and WIFI and light and sunny balconies! Our hotel work experience students are assigned their own course coordinator.

One of the highlights of Montpellier is the many social and cultural possibilities for students. Our tour guide is well versed in local and national history and keen to share it with you on the city tour. We also introduce you to the tastes, flavours and musical sounds of France, whether at the local chocolaterie, wine and cheese tasting or for example sea-food tasting in Sete, take part in our Occitanes dance and music session. For active students we have bowling, Danse Occitanes, cine-club and weekend trips to Barcelona. There are also day trips to Sete, Arles, Avignon, Carcassonne, Nimes to name a few. You can join our cookery and French, wine tasting programme if you have a particular interest that you wish to pursue.
