Your completed booking form must be sent to us accompanied by the appropriate deposit. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS FOR DEPOSITS AND BALANCES WILL INCUR A 1.5% CHARGE (5% for AMEX). This deposit is your only commitment to us until the final payment is due at the date indicated on your confirmation/invoice.
You MUST pay for your holiday at least eight weeks before departure unless stipulated on your confirmation/invoice. If you do not do so, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled, in which case you are liable to cancellation charges of up to IOO%.
PLEASE NOTE: if you book your course within eight weeks of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Our prices do not include the cost of travel to and from the course. Course materials, examination fees, airport transfers and the cost of activities and excursions are not included except where specifically stated. Students will not be allowed to start their course unless full payment has been received by In Languages.
